Accounting Manager

The role:

As an Accounting Manager, you will help drive our goals by:

• Leading general accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, strong ledger integrity, and compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards

• Owning balance sheet quality, reconciliations, and financial controls to maintain a robust and well-governed accounting environment

• Preparing and overseeing management and statutory reporting to reflect financial performance, profitability, and cash position

• Driving continuous improvement and standardisation of accounting processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Leading, developing and managing a team of accounting professionals, including performance, capability development, and resourcing decisions

• Acting as a senior accounting authority, providing expert judgement, influencing stakeholders, and guiding key accounting, control, and reporting decisions

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience

• Proven experience in financial accounting or controllership roles within a complex organisation

• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including the ability to delegate effectively and develop high-performing teams

• Strong end-to-end technical accounting knowledge, including financial reporting standards and internal control frameworks

• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle or SAP), with strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to identify and implement process improvements

• Fluent English required
