Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Architect / Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Packet Core Support with strong expertise in 4G/5G technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, strong troubleshooting skills, and hands-on experience in cloud-based packet core deployments

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end support and architectural expertise for Packet Core solutions across 4G and 5G networks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across multi-vendor telecom environments.
  • Lead customer support and product support activities, ensuring high service availability and performance.
  • Drive integration, onboarding, and deployment of Packet Core solutions in cloud environments.
  • Analyze network issues using tools like Wireshark and other diagnostic utilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery and optimization of services.
  • Ensure alignment with 3GPP standards and telecom best practices.
  • Guide and mentor teams on advanced troubleshooting and architecture design.

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of 4G LTE and 5G architectures
  • Expertise in Packet Core protocols and signaling
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to work across multiple technical domains and stakeholders
