What will you do?

As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will join a dedicated team of 6 colleagues focused on delivering outstanding customer support and minimizing downtime for our customers worldwide.

This role offers a great mix of technical expertise and operational coordination. Depending on your strengths and interests, your focus may include:

  • Creating the ideal spare parts packages for new installations

  • Processing orders and preparing quotations

  • Coordinating deliveries to ensure parts reach customers as quickly as possible

  • Supporting customers with technical spare parts solutions

  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and expand our product portfolio

We also encourage you to visit customers on-site. By understanding their operations, products, and challenges, you can help us continuously improve our service and identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor working and thinking level in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or another technical field

  • 2–3 years of experience in a service-oriented, technical, or logistics environment

  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); German is a plus

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems

  • A customer-focused mindset and proactive attitude

  • Affinity with technology and process improvement
