Job Description

 

Scorpios Mykonos is seeking a Cook B (Assistant Cook) to collaborate with and support our Senior Cook in achieving our culinary objectives. The ideal candidate will excel in teamwork, be adept at problem-solving, and show a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

 

Quality and Execution Support:

 

  • Assist in monitoring food and ingredient quality.
  • Follow instructions from the executive chef, sous chef and cook A.
  • Collaborate with the head or sous chef in recipe execution.
  • Collaborate with Kitchen team as required.

 

Operational Support:

 

  • Help maintain safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
  • Assist in the cooking process, emphasizing speed and attention to detail.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

 

 

 Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience as a Cook B for at least 3 years in high-end restaurants or comparable quality beach compounds.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Culinary school diploma.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
