About this role

nCino offers exciting career opportunities for individuals who want to join the worldwide leader in cloud banking.

The Principal Product Manager owns the roadmap and delivery for nCino's Client Lifecycle Management solution — spanning onboarding, KYB/KYC compliance workflows, and data integrations for global banking markets. You'll shape how AI-powered Digital Partners orchestrate complex compliance workflows as part of nCino's evolution into the Agentic Operating System for banking. While competitors retrofit AI onto legacy platforms, you'll pioneer the future of how modern banks handle client onboarding and compliance.

This is a senior individual contributor role where deep banking domain knowledge and strong product execution are equally important. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, and engage directly with enterprise financial institution customers to shape a product used across commercial banking internationally. The ideal candidate knows commercial banking, is comfortable translating complex regulatory and operational requirements into clear product direction and has delivered products in regulated enterprise environments before.

You understand how and why our solution is best-in-class (or how is measures up to competitors)
