業務内容：
- 地方銀行向け外為ソリューションにおいて外為勘定系システム・SWIFT連動システム に関する大規模プロジェクトの開発リーダー
- 地方銀行向け外為関連システム導入プロジェクトでの開発リーダー
- 基本設計～総合テスト、本番移行までの開発
対象プロジェクト：既存ユーザーのシステム更改プロジェクト
担当する業界 金融（地方銀行）
必須条件
- 大卒以上
- Webアプリケーションの設計・開発・テスト・運用経験
- 日本語での高いドキュメンテーション・説明能力
- Linux OSでの開発経験がある事
- RDB（Oracle DB、SQL Serverなど）を使用した開発経験がある事
- 新しい技術や取り組みに対する前向きな意欲
- 担当システムに関連する銀行業務知識の習得/吸収に関する意欲

- AWS基盤での開発プロジェクト経験
- 金融機関向けシステム（銀行・信金・信組等）のプロジェクト経験
- 銀行における外為業務・SWIFTに関する知識/経験
- 勘定系システム、周辺系（AML、AnserBizForex、市場系など）に関する知識/経験
- 金融機関のワークフローシステム開発プロジェクト経験
- PMP、IPAプロジェクトマネージャ資格
Job Description
- Role: Development Lead for large-scale projects related to foreign exchange (FX) core banking systems and SWIFT-linked systems for regional banks
- Serve as the development lead for FX-related system implementation projects for regional banks
- Responsible for development activities from basic design through integrated testing and production deployment
Target Project
- System renewal project for an existing customer (TBD)

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience in web application design, development, testing, and operations
- Strong Japanese documentation and presentation/communication skills
- Development experience on Linux OS
- Experience developing systems using RDBMS (e.g., Oracle DB, SQL Server)
- Positive attitude toward learning and adopting new technologies and initiatives
- Willingness to acquire and deepen knowledge of banking operations related to the assigned systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on development projects using AWS infrastructure
- Project experience delivering systems for financial institutions (banks, credit unions, cooperative banks, etc.)
- Knowledge and/or experience in foreign exchange operations and SWIFT in banking environments
- Knowledge and/or experience with core banking systems and related systems
(e.g., AML, AnserBizForex, treasury/market systems, etc.) - Experience developing workflow systems for financial institutions
- PMP or IPA Project Manager certification
