3D Modeller

The 3D Modeller supports the development of high-quality 3D environments, assets, and visualizations that communicate creative direction and enhance client-facing deliverables. Reporting to the Manager of Creative Studio, this role works closely with Creative Designers and internal teams to translate conceptual ideas into clear, visually compelling 3D models and renderings. This position is ideal for an early-career candidate with a strong foundation in 3D modeling and visualization, a high level of organization, and the ability to contribute within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Develop realistic 3D models of waterpark environments based on existing sites, reference materials, or conceptual masterplans
• Develop 3D themed elements that balance creative intent with real-world constraints, including engineering, cost, and manufacturability
• Apply lighting, materials, and rendering techniques to enhance overall visual quality and realism
• Produce renderings and fly-through animations to communicate design vision and guest experience
• Support Creative Designers in evolving concepts into clear and accurate 3D assets
• Build and maintain 3D asset libraries to support team efficiency and consistency
• Support active projects by delivering modeling and visualization outputs aligned with timelines and priorities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure models and visuals align with project requirements and design direction
• Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
• Contribute to improving workflows, tools, and asset organization within the Creative Studio

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

• 1-3 years of experience in 3D modeling, visualization, or computer-generated imagery 
  (CGI)
• Diploma or degree in Animation, Game Development, or a related discipline
• Foundational proficiency in Rhino, Lumion, and Blender
• Experience with additional 3D software platforms (including AutoCAD) is considered an 
  asset
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is an asset
• Demonstrated ability to create clear, accurate 3D models and environments
• Ability to interpret creative direction and proactively contribute to concept development within 
  a collaborative team environment
• Drawing and sketching abilities are considered an asset
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Portfolio demonstrating 3D modeling and visualization work is required
  

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• Salary range: $55,000 - $60,000
• 3 weeks paid vacation
