Descrição da vaga
Principais responsabilidades
- Atender solicitações de suporte técnico aos clientes (remoto e, quando necessário, presencial)
- Instalar e configurar softwares nos ambientes dos clientes
- Realizar backup e recuperação de dados
- Sincronizar instrumentos com sistemas
- Apoiar na recuperação de acessos e senhas
- Orientar equipes de TI dos clientes para garantir o correto funcionamento do sistema
- Elaborar relatórios técnicos e registros de atendimento
- Testar novas versões de software antes da implantação
- Executar atualizações de software conforme cronograma
- Ministrar treinamentos técnicos para clientes e equipes internas
- Apoiar atividades de manutenção dos equipamentos ONE NEOGEN
- Atuar de forma proativa na resolução de problemas e melhoria contínua
Requisitos
- Formação técnica em Informática, Sistemas Digitais, Redes ou áreas correlatas
- Experiência na função
- Conhecimento em:
- SQL e banco de dados
- Sistemas operacionais (Windows, Android, Linux)
- Instalação e configuração de servidores locais
- Pacote Office
- Diferencial: conhecimento em Forms e Power Automate
- Espanhol intermediário (obrigatório)
