Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Lead supports the Quality Assurance Manager in overseeing the QA processes and ensuring that service meets company standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves managing a team of QA Team Leaders and specialists, developing and implementing quality control procedures, and continuously improving quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the QA Manager in daily operations and supervision of the QA team. Help to develop, implement, and manage QA procedures and policies.
  • Assist in training and mentoring QA team members. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure high levels of performance and professional growth.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the production process. Monitor and analyze quality metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the quality management system and suggest and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of quality control processes, including inspection reports, testing results, and non-conformance reports. Prepare and present quality reports to management.
  • Ensure all QA processes comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Address and resolve quality-related issues and customer complaints in a timely and effective manner. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze root causes of quality issues and develop solutions to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex quality problems.


Qualifications

  • Graduate in Business Administration major in any field.
  • Candidates having Leadership certification, Quality Assurance certification will be preferred
  • Project management certification or experience using project management tools/methodologies (e,g Agile). Certification in quality management (e.g, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Minimum of [3-5] years of experience in quality assurance, with at least [2-4] years in a supervisory or assistant management role.


Skills:

  • Strong English Communication skill
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in quality analysis tools and software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
