- Monitors patient's neurological status using specialized equipment.
- Records and analyzes data obtained to ensure the integrity of the nervous system.
- Communicates with the surgical team to provide real-time feedback on the patient's neurological status.
- Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions and performs routine maintenance to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintains accurate records of procedures and patient information.
- Follows established safety protocols to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
Education Requirement:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences or related field, prefered.
Licensure Requirement:

Certifications:
- Registered by the American Board of Registered Electroneurodiagnostic Technologists or a technician eligible for registration, required.
- CPR certification, required.
- Certification in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring, preferred.
Skills:

Experience:
Two years of experience in EEG and EP, required.
