Key Responsibilities (Execution Focus)
1. Formulation & Experimental Execution: Execute formulation development and reformulation experiments under scientist guidance. Prepare samples and conduct experiments as per defined plans, ensuring accuracy and reproducibility.
2.Data Handling & Reporting: Record, review, and summarize experimental data; report findings clearly to scientists.
3. Inventory & Sample Management: Maintain inventory of chemicals, enzymes, and materials; ensure proper labeling and registration.
4. Laboratory Operations: Operate and maintain laboratory equipment; support calibration and basic troubleshooting. Ensure accurate documentation, record-keeping, and archiving of experimental work.
5. Compliance & Safety: Follow standard lab protocols, safety guidelines, and quality requirements in all activities.
6. Collaboration: Communicate progress effectively and support project execution through coordination with scientists. 
7.Independent Work Execution: Plan and execute routine experiments independently with minimal supervision.

Educational Qualification:

M. Tech / M.Sc / B.Tech in Chemical Sciences/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry / Biotech with minimum 2 or more years’ experience in Household care/Home care related FMCG company.

Strong experimental skills, with a talent for applying scientific findings to solve practical problems.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

A curious, self-driven mindset and a strong team player.
