The Sr. Analyst – Liquidity Regulatory Reporting is responsible for the documentation and preparation of complex liquidity regulatory reports, with a primary focus on the FR 2052a. This role supports the preparation and submission of required reporting to applicable regulatory bodies, as well as the development of regulatory content for board reports, news releases, and public financial disclosures. Additionally, the position provides guidance to senior management within the business units on the regulatory implications of proposed transactions. The role partners closely with cross-functional teams across the Bank, including Finance, Accounting, Controllers, and global Treasury partners
Major Duties:
- Responsible for owning the daily production of the FR 2052a submission to the Federal Reserve. Requires close coordination with Controllers, Technology and Global Accounting teams. Responsible for owning and maintaining Procedures and Standards to ensure regulatory compliance with applicable regulatory bodies and reporting requirements are met.
- Research and analyses day over day balance sheet movements and accounts out of balance with the goal of remediating in a short timeframe.
- Production of daily and monthly MIS liquidity reporting to broad distribution including Senior Management Committees including Corporate Asset and Liability Management Committee
- Advises business unit senior management on regulatory implications of proposed transactions and new product offerings.
Knowledge:
- Proven ability to analyze balance sheet and perform general ledger adjustments.
- Strong control framework and control check mindset.
- Ability to identify and mirror general ledger entries into regulatory liquidity processes.
- 7+ years of work experience with related four-year degree.
- Prefer understanding of liquidity concepts.
Working Model: Hybrid (#LI-Hybrid)

Salary Range:
$83,100 - 141,300 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
