About the Role
The Business Manager reports directly to the Head of Chief Control Officer (CCO) Enablement. This is an impactful role that will be responsible for the management of financial, organizational and compliance related reporting and deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of risk management and controls, finance, organization and capacity management and assessment. Understanding the functional areas within the enterprise CCO organization will be critical in order to facilitate collaboration and enable efficient and informed decision-making. Communication skills will be critical as the role will support liaising with key stakeholders and collaborating with senior business leaders on key initiatives.
CCO Liaison
Oversee coordination with COO, Audit, Risk, HR, Recruiting, Learning & Development and Finance to ensure strong operational integrity, issues are escalated and addressed proactively and regulatory adherence.
Represent the CCO organization and act as the primary liaison between CCO and other organizations, translating needs into executable requirements.

Manage execution of programs and projects
Communicate and escalate risks, timelines, dependencies
Manage interdependencies between initiatives and existing work

Incidents and issues tracking

Onboarding and Offboarding CCO partners
Training & Development of CCO and enterprise-wide partners
Support CCO leadership team efforts to drive continuous improvement, risk reduction, and scalability in processes and organizational planning through capacity planning
Partner with CCO team members on process design related to new strategy development.
Knowledge & Skills Required
Experience in reporting and analyzing financials and budgets
Authoritative knowledge in business specific industry and regulatory knowledge and fundamentals
Knowledge in developing standards or best practices
Skills in translating broad strategic intent into tactical plans and directions
Excellent organizational and analytical skills are required. Requires excellent leadership skills and communication skills (both written and oral)
Requires a college or university degree and/or relevant work experience, excellent organizational and leadership skills in project management that provides knowledge to the functional business
Demonstrates excellent experience in change initiatives, covering such areas as operations, IT and product development; with a track record of accomplishment in large, complex projects and change initiatives
