1. Cross-functional Collaboration and Process Improvement / 跨职能协作与流程优化支持
- Partner with regional SSC teams and local finance teams to support process optimization initiatives across Greater China, SEAPAC, and India.
与区域 SSC 团队及当地财务团队合作,支持覆盖大中华区、东南亚及印度市场的流程优化项目。 - Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up, alignment, and execution of assigned activities.
积极与相关利益相关方沟通,确保所负责事项得到及时跟进、协调一致并有效落实。 - Support the implementation of process improvement actions to enhance operational efficiency, standardization, and service quality.
支持流程改进措施的实施,以提升运营效率、流程标准化和服务质量。 - Coordinate with cross-functional teams as needed to facilitate smooth project execution and on-time delivery.

2. Financial Systems Support and Automation Tool Maintenance / 财务系统支持与自动化工具维护
- Provide day-to-day support and basic maintenance for finance-related system modules, including SAP and BlackLine, across the supported markets.
为所支持市场内的财务相关系统模块提供日常支持和基础维护,包括 SAP 和 BlackLine。 - Assist with cross-team communication and follow-up on system issues, enhancement requests, and basic technical problem resolution.
协助跨团队沟通并跟进系统问题、优化需求及基础技术问题的解决。 - Support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of finance automation tools, including RPA and other applicable digital solutions.
支持财务自动化工具的运维和持续优化,包括 RPA 及其他适用的数字化解决方案。 - Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance process reliability through automation.
识别通过自动化提升效率、减少人工操作并增强流程稳定性的机会。
3. Monitoring Data Collection and Analysis / 监测数据收集与分析支持
- Support the collection, organization, and classification of daily SSC monitoring data from systems and other business sources.
协助收集、整理并分类 SSC 日常监测数据,数据来源包括系统及其他业务渠道。 - Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness to support downstream analysis and reporting.
确保数据的准确性、完整性和及时性,以支持后续分析和报告工作。 - Prepare monitoring reports, data summaries, and analysis outputs for internal review and management decision-making.
准备监测报告、数据汇总及分析结果,用于内部审阅和管理决策支持。 - Maintain relevant trackers, records, and documentation to support ongoing governance and control monitoring.
维护相关跟踪表、记录和文件,以支持持续的治理和控制监测。
4. Internal Controls and Process Governance / 内部控制与流程治理支持
- Support the strengthening of internal control awareness and process governance within SSC operations.
支持加强 SSC 运营中的内控意识和流程治理。 - Assist with the documentation, update, and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), process flows, and control-related materials.
协助标准操作流程(SOP)、流程图及控制相关文件的编制、更新和维护。 - Help identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and operational risks, and follow through on remediation actions as appropriate.
协助识别流程缺口、控制薄弱点及运营风险,并根据需要跟进整改措施。 - Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to compliance, control effectiveness, and operational discipline.
参与与合规性、控制有效性及运营纪律相关的持续改进工作。
5. Additional Responsibilities / 其他工作职责
- Respond proactively to department and business needs, and complete other related responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications / 任职要求
Education / 教育背景
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
本科及以上学历,财务管理、会计或相关专业。
Experience / 工作经验
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance operations, Finance Shared Service Center (SSC), or related financial management roles.
具备 2–3 年财务运营、财务共享服务中心(SSC)或相关财务管理岗位工作经验。 - Experience working with regional or global teams is preferred.
有与区域或全球团队协作经验者优先。 - Experience in risk control, audit, or internal control-related work is a plus.
具备风险控制、审计或内控相关经验者优先。 - Hands-on experience with SAP ERP, particularly finance modules such as SAP FI/CO, is required.
具备 SAP ERP 实际操作经验,尤其熟悉 SAP FI/CO 等财务模块。 - Experience as a SAP business analyst or consultant is strongly preferred.
有 SAP Business Analyst 或顾问经验者优先。 - Experience with RPA or finance automation initiatives is a strong advantage.
具备 RPA 或财务自动化项目经验者优先。
Technical and Analytical Skills / 技术与数据分析能力
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis functions.
熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件,尤其是 Excel,包括数据透视表、函数及数据分析功能。 - Strong ability to organize, process, and analyze data accurately and efficiently.
具备较强的数据整理、处理和分析能力,能够高效且准确地处理数据。 - Familiarity with finance systems and automation tools such as SAP, BlackLine, and RPA solutions is preferred.
