ABOUT YOU:

You understand that fulfillment accuracy directly impacts café operations, wholesale relationships, and catering service performance. You enjoy structured packaging workflows while also being comfortable stepping into dynamic event environments where timing and communication matter.You take ownership of execution from packaging through delivery and staging.Mothership Coffee is a fast-growing, multi-location drive-through cafe brand based in Las Vegas. We build high-energy environments where quality, consistency, and culture show up every single day. We are scaling quickly and we need people who build things right and hold the standard.This role has two lanes: warehouse operations and catering event deployment. You will own both. Day to day, you keep our roastery and warehouse stocked, organized, and running. When we have events, you are the person who drives, deploys, and breaks down our catering units. You set things up right. You keep them right. You bring them back right.




Warehouse & Roastery

  • Maintain warehouse organization and inventory systems daily
  • Order and stock supplies for the warehouse and roastery on a regular cycle
  • Process and fulfill roastery orders accurately and on time
  • Receive deliveries, verify accuracy, and store items correctly
  • Flag low stock, damaged goods, or system gaps to management immediately
  • Keep shared spaces clean, labeled, and operationally ready



Catering & Events Deployment:

  • Drive Mothership catering vehicles to event locations safely and on schedule
  • Deploy catering carts and equipment according to event setup plans
  • Operate catering service during events as needed
  • Break down all catering equipment fully at the conclusion of each event
  • Transport all equipment back to the warehouse and return it to proper storage
  • Conduct post-event inventory checks and report any damage or missing items
  • Coordinate logistics with the Brand & Growth Manager ahead of each event



What We Are Looking For:

  • You are someone who puts things away correctly every time, not just when it is convenient
  • You take ownership of your systems and notice when something is off
  • You follow process because you understand why it matters, not because someone is watching
  • You can work independently and keep yourself on track without being managed hour to hour
  • You are physically capable of driving, lifting, loading, and breaking down equipment in event environments
  • You are calm and reliable when things move fast



Required skills:

  • 1–2 years experience in fulfillment, production, logistics coordination, hospitality operations, or event execution preferred 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Ability to manage timelines across multiple workflows 
  • Comfortable working in both production and live-event environments 
  • Strong communication across cross-functional teams 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly 
  • Valid driver’s license required 
  • Schedule flexibility including early mornings, evenings, and weekends 
  • Experience supporting large venue operations preferred 
  • Familiarity with food safety handling standards preferred 



Salary: $42,000/ annually
