PBC is a privately owned IANZ Accredited Organisation with a team of 40+ employees.
We are busy and see this only increasing into 2026/27 so we are looking for an outgoing, personable, customer focused Receptionist for our busy Office.
We will provide you with a great salary package, quarterly performance bonuses, plenty of training and a fantastic office environment to work in.

PRIMARY PURPOSE
- Reception
- Clerical processes involved with Building Consent applications
- Administrative support to a busy Building Consenting Company.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
- Manage client inspection bookings via phone and PBC Inspection application
- Provide a quality, professional service to the clients and customers of PBC.
- Assist with administrative functions involved with Building Consent applications
- Ensure digital information is correctly stored on our PBC systems
- Ensure a clean and tidy office environment

This role is based in our Highbrook office, 8 hours a day,40 hours per week.
