About this role
Unser Jugendhilfeverein PROGRESSO mit Sitz in Almodovar bietet Langzeitpraktikumsplätze (6-Monate) für
PraktikantInnen
im Rahmen des Studiums der sozialen Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik, Diplompädagogik
Zu den Schwerpunkten der Arbeit gehörten:
- Betreuung/Sozialpädagogische Arbeit mit den Jugendlichen innerhalb und außerhalb des Gruppenbereiches
- Anleitung von hauswirtschaftlichen Tätigkeiten, sowie Vermittlung von lebenspraktischen Fähigkeiten
- Theoretische Planung und Vorbereitung von Arbeitsprojekten zusammen mit den Jugendlichen
- Theoretische und Praktische Arbeitsanleitung
- Motivationsarbeit
- Führen von individuellen Gesprächen mit den Jugendlichen bezüglich Lebensperspektiven und Problembewältigung
- Entwicklung und Förderung von Freizeitinteressen entsprechend dem Entwicklungsstand der Jugendlichen
- Gestaltung des Gruppenlebens
- Zusammenarbeit mit Kooperationspartnern
- Verantwortliche Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Berichten / Dokumentationen / Entwicklungsberichten / sozialpädagogischer Diagnostik
- Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen sowie an Einzel- und Gruppengesprächen der Jugendlichen
Welche Voraussetzungen musst Du mitbringen:
- Führerschein
- Englische Sprache (Grundkenntnisse)
