einen/eine pädagogische/n KoordinatorIn

für unsere intensivpädagogisch-therapeutische Jugendwohngruppen in Almodôvar und Umgebung.


Der/Die pädagogische Koordinator/in stellt die Schnittstelle zwischen Team/Teamleiter und den in Deutschland am Hilfeprozess beteiligten Personen wie Kooperationspartner, Sorgeberechtigten und Jugendämtern dar. Zu seinen Aufgaben zählen unter anderem die Prozessbegleitung der Jugendlichen, die Überprüfung der im Hilfeplan festgesetzten Ziele und die Kommunikation mit allen am Hilfeprozess Beteiligten über Entwicklungsfortschritte der Jugendlichen. Um eine qualitativ hochwertigen Arbeit gewährleisten zu können, trägt der/die pädagogische Koordinator/in Verantwortung für das Einhalten und Durchführen von standardisierten Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen. Auch die Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des Vereins im Bereich der pädagogischen Konzeptarbeit ist erwünscht.

Mitzubringen sind:

  • Pädagogische Grundausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im pädagogischen Bereich
  • Erfahrung im Berichtswesen und weiterer schriftlicher Kommunikation mit Ämtern und anderen Jugendhilfeeinrichtungen
  • Administrative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Gutes Krisenmanagement
  • Englischkenntnisse
  • Führerschein
