Summary
Join our Global Supply Planning team and play a key role in shaping efficient supply chain operations across EMEA. In this role, you will drive accurate demand forecasting and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and customer needs.
This is an onsite role in our Venlo office.
Your Tasks
You analyze historical sales data and validate demand plans in terms of volumes and values.
In this role, you align forecasts with financial targets and strategic priorities, considering new product introductions, lifecycle planning and evaluate ABC segmentations.
You build short- and long-term demand forecasts for all sellable goods in your region using statistical methods and incorporating Sales & Marketing input.
Leading monthly demand review and consensus meetings with Sales & Marketing is part of your responsibility.
You monitor and report forecast accuracy KPIs while identifying improvement opportunities.
Driving process enhancements and implementing best practices in demand planning is a key aspect of your work.
Collaboration is essential—you work closely with cross-functional partners such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, and Product Management.
Your Profile
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations Management (or equivalent experience) and bring at least 3 years of experience in Demand Planning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have advanced Excel skills.
Experience with SAP APO (ideally DP) and IBP is required; knowledge of Qlik or PowerBI is a plus.
Fluency in English and German is essential for this role.
Your excellent communication and presentation skills help you succeed in a dynamic environment and to collaborate with personnel at all organizational levels.
Your pro-active approach enables you to design and drive process improvements.
