The Opportunity

We have a unique opportunity for someone to join a newly established and growing function at QBE, supporting the management and optimisation of our centrally administered broker facilities.

You’ll be joining at the ground floor, helping to shape how the function evolves — influencing processes, building relationships, and contributing to how facilities deliver commercial value to the business.

Working directly with the Broker Facilities Manager and alongside our Partnership Management and Distribution teams, you will play a visible role in driving broker engagement, delivering insight-led decisions, and embedding best practice across a strategically important portfolio.

If you’re looking for a role where you can take ownership, develop commercially, and grow as the function grows, this is it.

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

This role blends commercial insight, broker engagement, and operational delivery:

  • Support interactions with key broker partners — preparing for meetings, capturing insights, and contributing to broker conversations.
  • Performance insight & analysis
Turn data into meaningful insight — identifying trends, tracking performance, and supporting decision-making across the facilities portfolio.
  • Shaping a new function
Help define how we manage facilities — improving processes, building tools, and embedding consistency across governance and reporting.

Support financial tracking and MI to maintain a clear view of performance and value delivery.
