About the opportunity
Your tasks include
- Reaching out to prospective, new, and inactive customers to support lead generation and expand awareness of QIAGEN’s bioinformatics solutions.
- Following up with contacts who responded to marketing activities such as webinars, email campaigns, and events.
- Identifying customer needs, clarifying inquiries, and coordinating internally to ensure timely and professional responses.
- Collecting customer feedback on webinars and other outreach activities to support market insights and future campaigns.
- Working closely with Campaign Managers and Sales teams to improve prospect conversion and support future marketing initiatives.
- Maintaining and updating customer information in Salesforce to ensure accurate documentation and data quality.
- Supporting local exhibitions, seminars, and selected global projects, including attendee documentation, material coordination, and customer follow-up.
Your profile
- Degree (or current studies) in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology, or a related life sciences field is required.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Initial experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or outbound calling would be an advantage.
- Experience or academic exposure to Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) is considered a strong asset.
- Confident communication skills with a professional, customer-oriented mindset.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured way.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
