In dieser Rolle übernimmst Du eine zentrale Verantwortung für den sicheren, gesetzeskonformen Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen innerhalb der Logistik am Standort Hilden. Als Specialist Logistics mit Fokus auf Hazardous Materials bist Du die fachliche Ansprechperson für Lagerung, Transport und Entsorgung gefährlicher Stoffe und unterstützt Teams sowie Führungskräfte bei der praktischen Umsetzung gesetzlicher und interner Anforderungen. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit relevanten Schnittstellen wie EHS zusammen und trägst aktiv zur Sicherheit, Compliance und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Logistikprozesse bei.

Deine Aufgaben beinhalten:
- Ăśberwachung der Einhaltung aller geltenden gesetzlichen Vorgaben zur Lagerung, Entsorgung und zum internen sowie externen Transport von Gefahrstoffen im Logistikbereich Hilden
- Durchführung und Dokumentation interner Audits zur gesetzeskonformen Lagerung von Gefahrstoffen in den Logistik‑ und Lagerbereichen
- Tägliche, systematische Überwachung der maximal zulässigen Lagermengen von Gefahrstoffen unter Einsatz von MS Excel
- Entwicklung von Lager‑ und Sicherheitskonzepten für Gefahrstoffe sowie aktive Mitwirkung bei deren Umsetzung
- Fachliche Beratung zu allen Fragen rund um Lagerung, Entsorgung und Transport von Gefahrstoffen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Abteilungen, insbesondere EHS, sowie Unterstützung bei behördlichen und internen Anforderungen
- Teilnahme an relevanten Schulungen und Weiterbildungen, die durch QIAGEN regelmäßig angeboten werden

Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Sicherheitstechnik, Chemie, Umwelttechnik oder vergleichbar; alternativ technische Ausbildung mit fundierter Weiterbildung im Arbeits‑ oder Gesundheitsschutz
- Nachweisbare praktische Erfahrung im professionellen Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen und Expositionen, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse einschlägiger gesetzlicher Vorschriften und Standards, z. B. GefStoffV, TRGS (insbesondere TRGS 402, 500, 519) sowie REACH
- Sicherer Umgang mit Gefahrstoffkatastern sowie Dokumentations‑ und Nachverfolgungsprozessen
- Strukturierte, praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Ausgeprägte Beratungs‑ und Kommunikationskompetenz sowie Freude daran, Teams und Führungskräfte fachlich zu unterstützen
