What are we expecting from you?

As our Events Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of impactful events across the region, ensuring each experience reflects the Maison’s standards of excellence while supporting business objectives.

Your main responsibilities will include:
    •    Developing and executing the annual events strategy and calendar in line with the Maison’s objectives.
    •    Planning and delivering exceptional events on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
    •    Collaborating closely with Marketing, Retail and other cross-functional teams to create engaging client and business experiences.
    •    Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless coordination from concept through execution.
    •    Leading and supporting event teams, external agencies and suppliers to ensure operational excellence.
    •    Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful events.
    •    Managing event budgets, supplier negotiations and cost control while maximizing value.
    •    Monitoring project performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
    •    Ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety standards and operational procedures.
    •    Contributing innovative ideas to continuously elevate the Maison’s events and client experiences.
