Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Solutions professional (1–3 years experience) for a contractual role focused on the Japan market. This is a client-facing position involving expert engagement management, research support, and client servicing.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Japanese and English, with strong interest in consulting, research, and client engagement in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client & Expert Engagement Management

• Manage end-to-end expert matching between clients and industry experts, with a focus on Japan-related projects
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of expert insights
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and experts

2. Research & Consulting Support

• Support clients with market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis focused on Japan
• Translate client requirements into structured research outputs
• Provide clear, actionable insights to support decision-making

3. Client Support & Execution

• Assist in account management activities including ongoing client engagement
• Support client requests and ensure smooth execution of deliverables
• Contribute to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal global teams to deliver Japan-focused projects
• Ensure seamless coordination across stakeholders and time zones

What We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, research, recruitment, client servicing, or related fields
• Strong proficiency in Japanese and English (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking and research capability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
• Interest in consulting, markets, and business strategy
