The Job:
As the IAS Automation Developer, you’ll get to:
- Develop automation solutions and bots using Automation Anywhere software.
- Integrate additional technologies such as Intelligent Document Processing, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence where applicable.
- Conduct feasibility analysis for new automation opportunities.
- Design and document process architecture diagrams for proposed automations.
- Collaborate with business subject matter experts to ensure successful project delivery.
- Demonstrate automation progress through regular sprint demos to stakeholders.
- Guide business partners through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support the transition of automations to the support team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the operation of automation processes.
- Work independently, proactively managing deadlines and escalating issues when necessary.
- Provide technical and functional leadership in designing and architecting automation solutions.
About You:

- Demonstrated experience in process design and process improvement.
- Experience as a programmer and/or analyst within supply chain, finance, administrative processes, systems, or applications.
- Experience in RPA with one of the leading RPA platforms: Automation Anywhere or UIPath.
- Experience in programming JavaScript, Java, Python, .NET, etc.
- Practical experience in SQL.
