The Job:

As the Central Demand Planner, you’ll be part of our Demand Planning team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to:

  • Use analytical tools and demand planning expertise to develop and own the baseline forecast model for EMEA ANZ markets.
  • Perform forecast history maintenance and multi-level market analysis to identify customer demand patterns and business trends.
  • Continuously refining baseline forecasts using market trends, historical performance, and key demand drivers.
  • Own the long-term demand outlook to accurately reflect growth expectations across EMEA ANZ markets.
  • Partner with Cluster Operations and promotional demand planners to build the full demand outlook (NPI, run rate, discontinuations).
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Fulfilment Leaders to proactively challenge assumptions and drive S&OP consensus.
  • Work with business units to gather insights and inputs that improve baseline forecast accuracy and operational alignment.
  • Act as the primary link between Cluster Operations and Business Unit Management to facilitate effective S&OP processes and alignment to operational plans.
  • Execute market phase-outs and support product discontinuance, SKU rationalization, and E&O reduction while driving continuous improvement and root-cause resolution of demand issues.

  • Proven experience as team leader in demand planning role.
  • Excel knowledge is a must.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems. Experience with JDA / SAP would be an advantage.
