About this role
The role:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain solutions on the Dynamics 365 F&O platform, helping us deliver scalable and robust systems that support our business growth. You will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and other developers to create high-quality, integrated applications.
Responsibilities:
- Research, analyze, and evaluate software requirements and operating systems related to Dynamics 365 F&O
- Develop, configure, and maintain solutions within Dynamics 365 F&O in line with functionality, quality, and resource requirements
- Write clean, efficient code according to design and coding guidelines
- Debug, unit test, and optimize program execution times
- Design and develop user interfaces and integrations with external systems
- Prepare development environments, manage deployments, and support software installation procedures
- Document code, processes, and changes systematically
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet complex business needs
- Maintain software through change requests, problem reports, and performance optimization
- Support software testing, validation, and troubleshooting
- Participate in discussions on project progress and provide technical input on solution design
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Proven track record in leading development for complex systems
- Strong understanding of business processes and flows
- Strong English language skills are required for working with software and developing solutions tailored for international audiences and users
- Legal right to work and reside in Latvia
- Understanding of software integrations
- Experience implementing solutions for multinational organizations
- Ability to design solutions for large-scale environments (e.g., millions of products, hundreds of thousands of customers)
