Verifikace a validace laboratorních metod
Kalibrace laboratorních přístrojů
Vyhodnocování laboratorních dat v systému LIMS – statistické vyhodnocování
Tvorba laboratorních SOP a jejich školení
Projekty QA
Provádění fyzikálně-chemických, mikrobiologických a senzorických analýz včetně sledování výrobků během záruční doby
Příprava laboratorních vzorků
Správa a údržba R&D chladírenských prostor (4 °C, 10 °C), práce se skladovými paletami (jogurty, drinky, CC) a zajištění likvidace vzorků dle požadavků
Organizace odesílání vzorků prostřednictvím DHL v rámci EU
Spolupráce na industriálních testech včetně obalové části
Spolupráce na výrobkových listech – příprava fotodokumentace a vizualizace
POŽADOVANÁ KVALIFIKACE:
Vzdělání a specializace: SŠ (obor potravinářský, zemědělský, veterinární, chemický výhodou)
Jazykové znalosti: Angličtina výhodou
Práce s počítačem: základy MS Office, Outlook
Profesní zkušenosti v oboru: praxe v laboratoři výhodou
Osobnostní profil: Samostatnost, zodpovědnost, rychlost a přesnost práce, komunikace, analytické myšlení, týmová práce.
