Il ne s’agit pas d’un centre d’appel, mais d’un rôle d’accompagnement client orienté analyse, conseil et suivi de dossiers.
Vos missions
- Fournir des informations claires sur les garanties et démarches.
- Recueillir, analyser et mettre Ă jour les informations des sinistres.
- Assurer un traitement professionnel et humain des demandes.
- Garantir une expérience client qualitative et personnalisée.
Profil recherché
- Maitrise Français (lu ; écrit et parlé)
- Aisance relationnelle et sens du service.
- Bonne communication à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
- Capacité d’analyse et organisation.
- À l’aise avec les outils informatiques.
- Expérience en assurance ou relation client = un plus, pas obligatoire.
Rémunération & avantages
- 14 500 € brut/an sur 14 mois
- Horaires: du lundi au vendredi de 8h00 à 16h30 dont 1 heure de déjeuner
- Panier repas

- 23 jours de congés par an

- Formation complète et rémunérée
- Prise de poste : 7 septembre 2026
