  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve and standardize data maintenance processes to reduce manual effort and increase reliability.
  • Automation & Efficiency: Explore and implement automation opportunities for routine data processes (e.g., data validation, updates, and monitoring).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with supply chain, operations, IT, and analytics teams to align data structures with business needs and system capabilities.
  • Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain clear documentation of data definitions, configurations, and governance procedures.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of precision in managing and validating data configurations.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify root causes of data issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Automation Mindset: Experience with or curiosity in automating repetitive data processes (e.g., scripting, workflows, Power Platform, etc.).
  • Communication: Ability to clearly explain data standards, impacts, and changes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Works effectively across teams to ensure data alignment and consistency.
  • Initiative: Self-starter who proactively identifies gaps and drives improvements.
