About the role

Job Summary
The role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components in industrial or commercial environments. This role ensures that all electrical work complies with safety regulations and supports operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Install and maintain wiring, lighting, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults using diagnostic tools.
• Follow blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Document work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments.
   

Qualifications

• May require basic vocational training (or equivalent work experience) and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols.
• Ability to use tools such as voltmeters and cable testers 1.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures.
• Physical stamina and attention to detail.
