About the JobÂ
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding serviceÂ
- Build strong customer relationships and promote loyalty programsÂ
- Recruit, onboard, and coach talent, securing succession plansÂ
- Set and manage individual and team targets, proactively assessing performanceÂ
- Oversee store operations: inventory, cash handling, loss prevention, and complianceÂ
- Ensure implementation of all Swarovski policies, procedures, and standardsÂ

- 3+ years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brandsÂ
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skillsÂ
- Digital proficiency and strong operational know-howÂ
- A winning personality to easily establish a trustful relationship and empower othersÂ
- Customer-focused, curious, empathetic, and results-driven team player with a commercial mindsetÂ
