Key Responsibilities:
- Site Preparation and Cleanup: Assisting with the construction of roads, bridges and other infrastructure projects.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure efficient workflow and prevent delays.
- Safety & Quality: Uphold safety protocols and quality standards in all operations.
Qualifications and Job Duties:
- Experience in Site Preparation.
- Physical Labor: Digging, lifting, loading and unloading materials, clearing debris, and assisting with heavy equipment operation.
- Material Handling: Transporting and handling materials, including asphalt, concrete and other construction materials.
- Assisting with various construction tasks, such as paving, grading and other site work.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality.
