Job Description – AI Developer

Overview
We are seeking an AI Developer with 2–5 years of experience to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that enhance products and business processes. The role focuses on developing machine learning models, AI-powered features, and data-driven solutions, integrating them into scalable applications.
You will work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and responsible AI practices.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and experimentation on emerging AI/ML techniques, frameworks, and tools.
Design and develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to validate new ideas and technologies.
Build and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered features.
Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Collaborate with product and business teams to identify innovation opportunities and AI use cases.
Translate research outcomes into practical, scalable solutions for production environments.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, Generative AI, and data science.
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, documentation, and technical innovation initiatives.
Ensure proper testing, validation, and monitoring of AI models.
Work closely with engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into applications and APIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in AI/ML development, data science, or applied research roles.
Strong programming skills in Python (primary language).
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Solid understanding of ML algorithms, statistics, and model evaluation techniques.
Ability to prototype quickly and iterate based on findings.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including testing and version control (Git).
High level of English, spoken and written.
Preferred / Optional Qualifications
Familiarity with front-end development workflows and ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes for scalable deployments.
Exposure to frontend or API development to integrate AI prototypes into applications.
Experience in innovation labs, hackathons, or R&D environments (a plus).
Experience with CI/CD environments and version control tools (e.g., Git) for design handoff.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks independently.
