Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-quality software solutions that meet our business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, architects, and QA professionals, to deliver impactful results in an Agile setting.
Software Requirements
- Required: Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Angular (10+) or ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, JPA/Hibernate, relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL), Git, Maven/Gradle, Docker
- Preferred: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD tools (Jenkins), Kubernetes, Redux or NgRx for state management
- Knowledge of secure coding practices, performance tuning, and DevOps methodologies is advantageous
Overall Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance full-stack applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architectures aligned with scalable enterprise solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Engage in Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance and security.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and ensure deployment efficiency.
- Conduct code reviews, promote testing practices, and uphold code quality standards.

Experience Requirements

- Prior exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps methodologies is preferred.
- Experience working in BFSI or other highly regulated industries is advantageous but not mandatory.
