We’re looking for curious, digitally native individuals who are ready to take their first step into the world of Digital Marketing. This is a hands-on apprenticeship where you’ll learn the fundamentals of modern marketing operations while working in a supportive, collaborative team.
You’ll gain experience across multiple areas of digital marketing, building a strong multi-channel skillset and discovering where your strengths and passions lie.

You’ll join our Digital Marketing Centre of Excellence, working primarily within the Automation & Marketing Operations team, with structured rotations into other key marketing functions.
This means you won’t just learn one area — you’ll develop into a well-rounded digital marketer, gaining hands-on experience across campaigns, data, content, and marketing technology.

What You’ll Be Doing
Core (Automation & Operations)
Build and QA marketing assets (emails, forms, landing pages) in Marketo
Support campaign workflows and monitor performance
Analyse campaign metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions)
Recommend improvements through testing (e.g. A/B testing)
Troubleshoot issues (deliverability, engagement drops, tracking errors)
Continuously improve processes and suggest smarter ways of working
Collaborate with teams across the business to keep campaigns on track
Cross-Functional Experience
Design & Content
Support creative briefs and adapt content
Make basic edits in Adobe tools
Manage digital assets in Adobe Experience Manager
Marketing Technology
Learn Marketo Engage (enterprise marketing automation platform)
Build and deploy campaigns and landing pages
Use tokens and simple scripting for personalised marketing
Data & Insights
Pull and interpret reports (GA4, Power BI, Marketo)
Build dashboards and share insights
Provide recommendations to improve performance
Social & Channel Marketing
Support planning and scheduling of campaigns
Help measure campaign success
Ensure consistent messaging across channels
Ways of Working
Use tools such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Aprimo, Asana, and Confluence
Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners
Follow processes, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality standards
Ensure compliance with data, privacy, and approval processes
