Pay Range: $70,304-$90,750

What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

· Implement standard manufacturing processes that are safe, efficient, and produce high-quality products.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols.

· Perform risk assessments and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents and injuries.

· Support investigations into safety incidents and identify root causes to prevent recurrence.

· Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet customer requirements and industry standards.

· Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address deficiencies.

· Use data analysis tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

· Stay up-to-date with best practices and new technologies to identify opportunities for process improvements.

· Collaborate closely with corporate Safety and Quality Teams to ensure focus on organization priorities.

· Assist with product launches, product spec meetings, and best practice sharing across the network.

· Manage all quality related internal and external plant audits.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need (Qualifications):

· Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

· Strong knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.

· Auditor certification experience is a plus.

· Experience with quality control and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).

· Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab).

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Occasional travel (up to 25%) will be required.
