0025 - Multimedia Specialist

Job Purpose

The purpose of this position is to support mission-critical logistics, sustainment, operational, facilities, training, and mission-enabling activities in support of U.S. Government and Department of Defense objectives throughout the Indo-Pacific region. Personnel in this role contribute to the planning, coordination, execution, and sustainment of complex operations in dynamic and geographically dispersed environments. The position supports operational readiness, resource integration, mission effectiveness, and stakeholder collaboration while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and security requirements. Duties are performed in support of contingency, expeditionary, and steady-state operations and may require coordination with Government personnel, mission partners, and cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.

Position Overview/Functional Role:

This role develops multimedia content, such as graphics, animations, videos, and audio, for various applications and platforms and ensures that the content is engaging, informative, and aligned with the organization's brand and messaging. Uses multimedia software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and Autodesk Maya, to create and develop multimedia content. Collaborates with stakeholders, such as product managers and subject matter experts, to ensure that multimedia content is aligned with objectives. Optimizes multimedia content for various platforms, such as websites, social media, and mobile applications as well as for different devices and browsers to ensure the best user experience. Maintains multimedia content, such as updating and revising graphics, animations, and videos, to ensure that the content is up-to-date and aligned with the objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

The job duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Work at various sites, both CONUS and OCONUS, with travel as required.
• Perform duties associated with the assigned functional role.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management.
• Decision making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation. May supervise others.

A Subject Matter Expert is an individual whose qualifications and/or particular expertise are exceptional and/or highly unique. Subject Matter Experts do not have specific experience/education qualifications, but are typically identified as recognized Industry leaders for a given area of expertise.
