Fleet Maintenance Support Manager

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop optimized process solutions
• Collect and analyze employee performance data to measure the effectiveness of improvements
• Build a digital training platform for employees. Including individualized progress tracking and cross training benchmarks.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and employee meetings to drive adoption of new procedures
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and workflow diagrams
• Follow up on new hire development and participate in the employee review process
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress to senior leadership
• Collaborate with other division managers to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies related to process changes
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the department

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or transportation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with process mapping tools and data analysis software
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change
