Job Description:
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The primary function for a Tarper is to assist and secure tarps on pre-loaded trailers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
ā¢ Tarp pre-loaded trailers per customer requirement
ā¢ Run tarp machine
ā¢ Apply pre-protective covering to secure loads
ā¢ Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
ā¢ High school diploma preferred
ā¢ Strong work history and ethic
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The physical requirements and work environment described are representative of those present while performing the essential functions of this job.
ā¢ Ability to lift 80lbs
ā¢ Ability to climb on and off of truck trailers and loads
ā¢ Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
