Experience & Qualifications
8-10 years total experience, including minimum 3 years as Scrum Master.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (CS/IT specialization), MCA, M.S., or M.Sc. IT.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Identify and resolve obstacles hindering team progress.
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback.
Communicate project status, risks, issues, and KPIs to stakeholders.
Ensure team adherence to Scrum framework and Agile principles for high-quality, on-time delivery.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proven ability to lead/facilitate Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, PMO).
General understanding of programming concepts and database querying.
Expertise in AI tools like Jellyfish, Jira AI, and GitHub Copilot for predicting risks, analyzing cycle time, prioritizing tasks, and deriving productivity insights.
Certifications
Agile methodologies: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) required.
SAFe, Kanban, or PMP advantageous.
