Location: Colomos 2300, Italia Providencia, Guadalajara, Jalisco, México.

Main Responsibilities

• Support for the activities of the communication department. 
• Establish and maintain close relationships with alumni to generate bilateral collaboration alliances with ASFG. 
• Organize visits and outreach with alumni. 
• Coordination and management of alumni events (Networking Night & Alumni Talk). Coordination of 10, 20, 35, 40 and 50-year graduation anniversary reunions. 
• Generating opportunities for collaboration between students and alumni (Career Fair, Summer Internships and Service Learning projects). 
• Strengthen public relations with external entities to continue providing benefits to the alumni community. 
• Follow-up and maintenance of databases and surveys. 
• Support communication between the ASFG and Alumni communities through social networks and email.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, administration, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in similar positions.
• English language proficiency of at least 80% verifiable.
