In this role, you’ll play a critical part in creating safe, efficient, and scalable workspaces that enable our people to do their best work every day. By driving seamless facilities operations, optimizing space utilization and ensuring operational readiness, you’ll directly support business continuity and growth across global locations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence workplace strategy, and contribute to a high-performing environment that powers Global Payments’ mission to deliver innovative payment solutions worldwide.

What you’ll own

  • Drive efficient workplace operations by ensuring facility requests, maintenance work, and space changes are delivered accurately and on time—enhancing employee experience and business continuity.

  • Optimize space and resource utilization by managing real estate data, capacity planning insights, and relocation activities to support evolving business needs and growth.

  • Strengthen financial and operational accuracy by overseeing purchase orders, invoices, and expense tracking to enable informed decision-making and cost control.

  • Improve service delivery performance by monitoring request completion metrics, identifying risks, and implementing process improvements that increase efficiency and reliability.

  • Act as a key point of accountability for facilities coordination, influencing outcomes across teams and ensuring seamless execution of workplace initiatives and projects.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in facilities coordination, administration, or workplace operations with a track record of delivering reliable outcomes.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive tasks through to completion.

  • Confidence working across systems and data, leveraging insights to inform decisions and improve processes.

  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and influence others effectively.

  • Solid communication skills, enabling clear collaboration with colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels.


 

It’s a bonus if you have

  • Experience in space planning, facilities project coordination, or real estate data management.

  • Familiarity with corporate security policies or regulated workplace environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement operational improvements that enhance efficiency or reduce risk.
