Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Project Manager, Facilities (Project Based) to join our ever evolving Facilities team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you’ll own
Run projects through the complete lifecycle from ideation to closure and benefit realization, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, resources, risk mitigation strategies, and alignment with business and regulatory requirements
Lead cross-functional project teams, communicate deliverables clearly, and proactively resolve risks, blockers, and competing priorities
Manage stakeholder relationships through regular updates, presentations, and transparent communication across all project phases
Oversee project documentation, quality assurance, compliance, and post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvement
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, with 3–7 years of proven project management experience (preferably in facilities and fintech)
Strong expertise in project management tools and methodologies (MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Jira, Wrike)
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-starter mindset with the ability to independently plan, lead work sessions, and support business cases, user stories, and UAT activities
It’s a bonus if you have
Professional project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2
Experience managing projects in facilities functions within the fintech or related industries
Familiarity with agile concepts including user stories, features, epics, and UAT support, and willingness to work in a 12-month contract arrangement
