Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Junior Sales Analyst to join our ever evolving Sales team and help shape the future of global commerce.
In Greece we conduct business through our joint venture with the National Bank of Greece, NBG Pay. NBG Pay provides merchant acquiring services to small, medium, large and corporate merchants across Greece. Services include the authorisation, clearing, and settlement of credit, debit and prepaid card transactions between cardholders and merchants.
What you’ll own
Collect, clean, and analyze sales data from internal systems (CRM, ERP, Excel, etc.)
Build and maintain regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly sales performance)
Track KPIs such as revenue, conversion rates, pipeline health, and sales cycles
Support forecasting and budgeting processes
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in sales performance
Assist in pricing analysis, promotions, and campaign tracking
Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams
Maintain dashboards (e.g. Power Bl)
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
Other tasks assigned by the Manager

What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field
1-2 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or similar role
Excellent command of the Greek and English language (both written and verbally)
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas)
Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
It’s a bonus if you have
Basic SQL knowledge
Understanding of sales funnels and commercial metrics
Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical teams
Critical thinking – doesn’t just report numbers, explains them
Attention to detail – catches inconsistencies fast
Communication – can translate data into business language
Curiosity – asks “why” behind the numbers
