Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our evolving Hong Kong Customer Care Center team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you’ll own
Handle inbound and outbound merchant calls, resolving inquiries related to authorization, payments, statements, and account maintenance with a high first-call resolution rate
Build strong merchant relationships by delivering consistent, professional, and personalized one-stop service experiences
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement timely, effective solutions for merchant issues
Maintain up-to-date product and process knowledge to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient support
Contribute to customer experience improvements by sharing feedback and participating in call center initiatives
What you’ll bring
Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience, with proven ability to meet service KPIs (e.g., response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction)
Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with overseas banks and merchants
Strong communication skills with excellent telephone etiquette and a professional, customer-focused approach
Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure, multitask, and resolve issues efficiently
Willingness and flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
It’s a bonus if you have
Experience in payment processing, banking, or financial services environments
Prior exposure to CRM or call center systems and performance dashboards
Ability to speak Cantonese or additional languages
