Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our ever evolving Human Resources - APAC team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

Payroll Processing: Manage accurate and timely payroll across multiple APAC locations.
Reporting & Compliance: Prepare payroll reports and ensure adherence to local regulations and company policies.
Process Improvement: Support efficiency initiatives to streamline payroll operations and enhance accuracy.

What you’ll bring

Preferably a college graduate with 1–3 years of relevant payroll experience.
Willing to work onsite at Vertis North, Quezon City, and can start immediately.
Flexible to support early morning schedules and, if required, night shift operations.

It’s a bonus if you have

  • Experience in payroll processing across multiple regions, especially within APAC.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems or HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar).
  • Knowledge of local payroll regulations, tax compliance, and statutory requirements.
     

What Part Will You Play?

  • Manage payroll processing for employees in the Asia-Pacific region, with a focus on Southeast Asia;

  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of periodic payroll reports and consolidate data as needed;
    Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists to ensure compliance;

  • Oversee and monitor superannuation and tax processes;

  • Prepare payroll month-end reports for accounting and auditing purposes;
    Provide necessary data and documentation during audit periods;

  • Handle ad hoc reports and special projects as required.

    What Are Our Desired Skills and Capabilities?

    • At least 1 year experience in Payroll and Benefits Administration. With Southeast Asia experience is a plus;

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Google Forms.  Experience with Dayforce is a bonus;

    • Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues effectively;

    • Ability to escalate issues when necessary, maintaining proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven work habits.

    • Team-oriented with a strong focus on data integrity and accuracy;
