Za čo budete zodpovedať
- Analýzu prevádzkových a IKT incidentov (vrátane DORA), identifikáciu príčin a návrh nápravných opatrení
- Podporu procesov riadenia rizík vrátane RCSA a sledovania kľúčových ukazovateľov rizika (KRI)
- Tvorbu a rozvoj reportingu, monitoringu a analýz pre potreby manažmentu a risk výborov
- Spoluprácu na dokumentácii politík, postupov a evidencii rizík v rámci organizácie
- Spoluprácu s lokálnymi a globálnymi tímami pri identifikácii a riadení operačných rizík
Čo prinesiete
- 0–2 roky skúseností v oblasti bankovníctva, fintechu, interného auditu alebo riadenia rizík (vhodné aj pre absolventov)
- Silné analytické myslenie a schopnosť interpretovať dáta a komunikovať zistenia zrozumiteľne
- Pokročilú znalosť Microsoft Excel a základnú orientáciu v nástrojoch na vizualizáciu dát (napr. Power BI)
- Plynulú znalosť anglického jazyka pre každodennú komunikáciu
- Schopnosť pracovať v tíme, zvládať tlak a adaptovať sa na dynamické prostredie
Výhodou bude, ak máte
- Skúsenosti s GRC nástrojmi (napr. Archer, OneSumX)
- Znalosť SQL, Python alebo VBA pre prácu s dátami a automatizáciu
- Povedomie o oblasti IKT rizík alebo regulačných požiadavkách (napr. DORA)
Ďalšie požiadavky
- Vysokoškolské vzdelanie v oblasti financií, ekonomiky, IT bezpečnosti alebo analýzy dát
- Záujem o oblasť riadenia rizík a ochota ďalej sa rozvíjať
- Proaktívny prístup, zodpovednosť a orientácia na detail
