Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for Partner Manager to join our ever evolving Sales & Business Development team within Global Payments Europe and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

  • Build and grow strategic partnerships with banks and key accounts, maximizing merchant acquisition and revenue opportunities

  • Identify and develop new partner opportunities, leading onboarding, enablement, and ongoing relationship management

  • Shape and close commercial agreements, including proposals, negotiations, and contract execution

  • Monitor and optimize partner performance, revenue, and profitability, using data to drive insights and corrective actions

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver partner success, define sales strategies, and ensure strong market positioning and customer experience

What you’ll bring

  • Strong knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including card processing, industry players, technologies, and regulatory landscape

  • Proven ability to manage partnerships and drive commercial outcomes, with strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data, manage P&L, and optimize margins and revenue

  • Highly organized and self-driven approach, with the ability to manage priorities, work independently, and run multiple initiatives in parallel

  • Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset, fluency in Hungarian and English, and willingness to travel; experience with channel partnerships or relevant industry networks is a plus
