Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a QMS / Process Improvement Analyst to join our ever evolving Projects & Operational Excellence team and help shape the future of global commerce.


What you’ll own

  • Drive the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System (IMS) by strengthening compliance frameworks, risk management practices, and control environments.

  • Enable informed decision-making by evaluating operational performance, identifying risks, and addressing root causes of process gaps.

  • Enhance organizational efficiency by developing and implementing quality and process improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure timely resolution of issues by coordinating corrective actions and aligning stakeholders to compliance and improvement goals.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by delivering training, raising awareness, and driving engagement across the organization.


What you’ll bring

  • Deliver strong outcomes by applying a “think like a client” mindset and act like an owner to identify risks, solve problems, and improve processes.

  • Communicate insights clearly and effectively, helping stakeholders make informed decisions and win as one team.

  • Experience in quality management, risk, or compliance-related functions (audit) to improve operational effectiveness.

  • Exposure to process improvement or digital tools that help drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
